B. Purpose
Knowing how to create a seedbed for crop cultivation
C. Basic Theory
Nursery is the place or area for seed processing activities into seed / seedlings ready to be planted in the ground / land. Activities in the nursery is the initial activity in the field of investment activities. Planting the seeds to the field can be done directly and indirectly, which means having first planted in a nursery. Planting directly into the ground is usually carried the seeds (seed) is large and the number of abundant supply.
Removal or planting a seedling from the nursery to the field can be done after seedling-seedling from the nursery is already strong (ready to plant).
Nursery can use various alternatives, depending on the type that will nurseries. Various methods of seedbed has been widely known in the community, such as the nursery, beds, polybags, tray, and a Semi Float Bed (seedbed with potrays) (Anonymous, 2013).

E. How it Works
1. Creating nurseries media consisting of soil and manure ratio of 1: 1 using plastic polybags.
2. Make a hole and plant the vegetable seeds as much as 2 seed pit.
3. Watering the planting medium to wet and put under the shade.
4. Watering the nursery every day.
5. The treatment can be done by providing a liquid organic fertilizer or ZPT.

G. Discussion
Nursery is done by using the chili seeds and the media plot known as plastic or poly bag with size of 7 x 15 plot. From the observations we have made in the nursery produced 2 seeds chili are growing well, and others do not grow due to the chili seeds had been eaten by ants. So that the percentage of live seeds in nurseries chili at 0.019%.
For observations performed using 2 seed chili living as a sample. The first sample has a height of 4 cm with the amount of as much as 6 strands of leaves and for the second sample has a height of 3 cm in the number of leaves 4 strands.

H. Conclusion
From the above observations it can be concluded that in doing the nursery need to be protected and a good and regular maintenance, so that the seeds are planted can also grow well. In addition, interference from external factors such as insects such as ants and provision of water used for watering should also be considered because it is very influential in the growth of the seed planted.
